Do you want to help us offer the best customer experience for our valued loyalty scheme members?

The Loyalty Programme Manager will be responsible for the smooth running of our two well-established and popular loyalty programmes, one for our direct customers and one for our business customers. You will work with optimizing the existing loyalty programmes to improve the customer experience across the customer journey, including marketing automation, website content and onboard offering. To succeed you need to develop and drive activities to meet our targets for loyalty programme recruitment, engagement and retention.

Some of your key responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally (for example, with Marketing, Brand and Onboard departments) to drive member communications and activities.
- Support customer-facing colleagues in promoting our loyalty programmes, producing guides and answering member queries.
- Coordinate the production and delivery of loyalty programme assets to our regional markets.
- Understand, monitor and distribute the loyalty KPIs in our web analytics and Power BI reports.
- Develop a communication plan for the loyalty programmes in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
- Become a subject matter expert for our loyalty programmes and act as the members’ champion.
- Superuser in our Microsoft Dynamics CRM-based loyalty programme management system.

Who you are
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. You should be flexible, a good communicator and collaborator. As a person you have good excellent time-management skills and the ability and willingness to multi-task. You are confident working on your own initiative and have a customer-centric mindset. Maybe you have a background in CRM, marketing automation or working with a loyalty programme.

Qualifications/skills:
- Bachelor degree in Marketing or Business or similar
- Previous experience from e-commerce in the retail or travel and hospitality industries (preferred)
- Experience in web analytics
- Fluency in English, written and spoken
