About the Role: As a Loyalty Specialist at Samsung, you will work to enhance consumer loyalty and simplify their lives. Your main responsibilities include driving, coordinating, and executing loyalty initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the Loyalty Lead, CRM team, and other internal stakeholders. You will primarily manage Samsung Rewards and the Samsung Members App from our Kista office.
This role is as a consultant via Adecco that is set to start 16th of September and will go on until further notice.
In your role as Loyalty Specialist, your main tasks will include:
• Collaborating with the Loyalty Lead to optimize Samsung Rewards customer experiences and execute campaigns.
• Developing and deploying campaign plans for Samsung Rewards with the CRM team, ensuring continuous improvement.
• Managing content publication and operations for Samsung Members in CMS and AEM.
• Collaborating with stakeholders from various departments and HQ/EO.
• Creating weekly and monthly reports, analyzing results, and recommending improvements.
The position as Loyalty Specialist is a temporary assignment starting immediately.
About You: We are looking for someone with a background in CRM and loyalty, content production, and digital platforms. You should have experience in using dashboards for segmentation and insights and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required, along with experience working with CRM in a global company.

• Over 3 years of experience in CRM marketing and loyalty programs.
