To be successful in this role the candidate should have at least 5 years’ experiences in physical layer algorithm development for LTE
You should have good knowledge in massive MIMO system and algorithms
You should have good knowledge in LTE L2 scheduler algorithms
You should have good knowledge in physical layer architectural design and SW implementation, or L2 SW implementation
PhD or equivalent background is required.
The candidates should have highly developed skills in finding new innovative solutions, strategic vision as well as ability of leading and driving activities. Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing.
We are currently looking for a Baseband specialist in algorithm engineering to take on the challenges to develop multi-standard solutions for the next generation wireless products.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the physical layer algorithm engineering design for 5G wireless baseband products to ensure a cost-efficient implementation. You will set radio performance target, measure algorithm implementation, and if necessary, optimize algorithms for the cost. You are going to work with system architects, software developers and hardware developers. The project is organized in very close cooperation with our wireless teams at our HQ.
