M&A Analyst

About the job

As a M&A Analyst who will support the execution of inorganic growth opportunities to cater the business needs of the company. You will support all aspects of M&A transactions and investments – strategy formation, developing business cases, financial modelling, and deal execution. You will report to the VP Corporate Development and be based in Lund.

You will in this role gain great development within all parts of a M&A process.

Key Responsibilities:
* Perform business plan evaluations, financial analysis and assess valuation impact of potential acquisitions.
* Together with the team develop and amplify valuation models.
* Provide analysis to evaluate expansion and synergy opportunities as well as making benefits and risks analysis.
* Support the transaction team throughout the entire process from evaluation to post-merger integration.
* Active role in the team to drive the business development agenda by conducting market studies and assessments to identify opportunities supporting our strategy.

Who you are

You have excellent analytical skills with a passion for numbers and can work both high and low to achieve the desired results. You are driven, ambitious and take own initiatives as well as being well-organized. You are used to working closely and communicating effectively with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You have a great interest in technologies and an ability to digest technical information.

What you know

To succeed in this role we believe that you have 3+ years in a business analyst role or similar. You have experience from building financial models and a true commercial interest. You have a bachelor or higher in relevant field, an engineering degree is valuable.
