M&A Associate

Job Description

As an M&A Associate, you will be working closely with the Head of M&A on transactions in physical and digital healthcare - in the UK and internationally. The UK is one of Doktor.se’s core markets, run through the Doctor.co.uk brand, and is expected to grow rapidly - both organically and inorganically. You will be the first person in the country and be a part of the important journey to develop the company internationally. Your other colleagues in the team will be working from Berlin and Stockholm.

As a M&A Associate you will:

- Be involved along the entire M&A process, from sourcing, to analysis, execution and closing. You will be responsible for maintaining a good relationship with potential sellers through the entire process, so good interpersonal skills are crucial.
- Project management, financial analysis and modelling are important prerequisites.


You will report to the global Head of M&A and the position will require travel.

Qualifications and personal qualities

- Minimum 2+ years of relevant functional and sector experience, preferable with valuation and modelling
- You are articulate and communicative and enjoy working with people and creating win-win situations for all stakeholders
- We want you to be hard working, empathetic, able to work independently, and thrive with a high work load a several projects live at the same time
- You are an independent thinker who thinks strategically and creatively and takes ownership of projects
- Fluent in English
