OM TJÄNSTEN
PwC M&A Integration & Carve-out services help clients to identify the potential of the proposed transaction and to ensure that they realize the full value of the transaction through structured transformation of business operations. Our projects are often international, and you will have the opportunity to work in teams with experienced consultants and industry experts, giving you exposure to client management teams. Our clients come from a variety of industries, being both large industrial companies and Private Equity firms. In addition, we join forces with PwC Corporate Finance, Management Consulting and Strategy & to offer our clients end-to-end solutions.

In short, we are a part of helping some of the world’s leading companies across industries to originate, create, execute and realize value from deals, with a focus on operational aspects.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
Our focus areas are primarily:


* Structuring and leading M&A integrations and separations in connection with company acquisitions or carve-out during divestments
* Support throughout the process of Initial Public Offering (IPO)
* Inter-firm synergy assessments
* Operational Due diligence (buy-side & sell-side)


This means that we advise and support our clients throughout the deals cycle when they plan, prepare and implement M&A related activities. Facilitated by data driven insights, we help our clients move in the right direction ensuring maximum value of their company.

VI SÖKER DIG SOM
We are looking for applicants who have an academic degree in economy or engineering and are recently graduated or who have up to two years of work experience. For this position a Bachelor degree is required, and a Master degree is meritorious. You have preferably experience from studies or internships abroad. In addition, you should have excellent skills in written and verbal communication in preferably both Swedish and English.

Working with us on M&A Integration and Carve-Out (DDV) requires a strong drive and proactivity, as well as commitment and ability to perform under pressure. In addition, we are looking for candidates with good analytical skills, yet, since we are primarily working with transactions from an operational standpoint, the candidate should be collaborative with an ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders to create deal value for our clients. This requires an ability to take initiatives while thriving when working in a dynamic setting.
