M&A Integration Manager -Thailand or US based (remote working)

As the leader of our Merger program, you will get to learn all areas of the business to develop strategic and commercial acumen, while bringing the best change management processes to plan and successfully deliver all integration projects.

What You Will Be Doing:

You will create and own the M&A integration process end-to-end. You will be responsible for the financial modeling, business cases, planning, execution and synergy realization. You will work closely with the Executive Team as we bring together different cultures and companies and create the best product and services to be the global leader in real estate visual marketing.

You will need to get down to the details and happily review transaction level details of a target and then step up to tell the story at a market level and in the context of the strategic roadmap. You will need solid communication skills to build relationships and work well with team members from all functions in the business as you will be expected to learn broadly across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver on key analyses and projects, including multiple types of market, competitor, customer, internal financial analysis; financial modeling and valuation, scenario planning

- Project management of the due diligence process, workflow and communication for M&A integrations

- Continued ownership of the investments during the integration phase while leading the integration project team

- Facilitate workshops, build frameworks, document current and future state, modeling of cost-benefits, presentation of strategy and execution plans

Basic Requirements:

- 10+years of experience in relevant M&A/Transformation/Strategy/Corporate Development roles

- Experience at Manager level where you have been involved in the acquisition or merger of companies with experience across the process, synergy realization, cultural alignment and change management

- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience interacting with many stakeholders

- Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment to achieve clear goals

- Strong project management skills

- Able to travel internationally for workshops/ work flexible hours to accommodate all time zones as required

- Degree / Masters in an analytical field (finance, accounting, engineering etc)

- Nice to have is knowledge of Atlassian’s Jira/Confluence; Google Workspace;
