Our exciting opportunity
We’re currently looking for an M&A Professional to join Ericsson’s corporate M&A function. The M&A function is responsible for driving all global M&A activities from strategy to execution, integration and follow-up across Ericsson Group. As an M&A Professional, you will work closely with senior M&A transaction and integration team members as well as group wide stakeholders, from target identification, assessment, transaction execution to integration and follow-up.

A successful candidate has strong analytical skills (strategic, financial, and operational), is result oriented and capable of handling senior stakeholders. The position is based in Stockholm, Sweden, but the work is mostly project oriented and you must be prepared to travel with the projects when so required.

Key areas of responsibilities
Develop M&A funnel and target evaluation
Drive M&A valuations incl. DCF, market & transaction comp’s, LBO etc.
Develop investment analysis and M&A decision materials for Ericsson investment committees and the Board of Directors
Develop sell side materials; e.g. Teasers and Information Memorandum
Coordination of, and support in, due diligence, negotiations, and other M&A project activities
Support M&A strategy development
Support linking the transaction to integration or separation planning

To be successful in the role you must have
1-3 years of relevant experience, e.g. from investment banking, transactional advisory or corporate M&A
Proficiency in project management related tools (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
B.Sc. or M.Sc. in Finance, Economics, Business & Management, Industrial Engineering, or similar
Fluency in English
