Mac-experience to Global IT Helpdesk

Elan Consulting are now looking for you who have documented Mac-experience to our customers Globad IT Helpdesk! Assignment Our customer is looking for new members to strengthen its current team of 19 agents at their Global IT Helpdesk.The position is based in Stockholm and includes helping users worldwide with IT-related questions and support in accordance with our customers Incident Management process.For this assignment it is mandatory to have documented skills in supporting MAC, there will also be some On site support, supporting both MAC and PC.Profile We are now looking for an individual who is service minded and has previous experience with similar tasks within an IT organisation.You need to have good verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English.You should be a fast learner and above all have a positive and helpful attitude.Mandatory experience/skills: .Documented skills in supporting MAC .At least 1 year experience with similar tasks .Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Swedish and English .Good knowledge in Windows XP .Knowledge in Active Directory .Knowledge in MS Office Preferable experience/skills: .Knowledge in ITIL .Experience of shop support You are a service minded person with a positive and helpful attitude.You are a fast learner and a team player and you have good administrative skills.
