The Machine Learning team at CellaVision

The Machine Learning team is a newly formed team within the Innovation department created to develop and improve CellaVision’s s products within Machine Learning. The Innovation team is a small and dynamic team with an open-minded atmosphere. As a Machine Learning Manager, you will be responsible to keep CellaVision at the forefront within Machine Learning as well as leading and develop your upcoming team. Your team will grow with additional Engineers during the upcoming year. The Machine Learning Manager reports to the Director Innovation.



Key tasks as Machine Learning Manager

Make sure CellaVision is at the forefront within the Machine Learning area through research

Test and evaluate new technologies within Machine Learning

Investigate how and where the latest findings within Machine Learning can be implemented at CellaVision

Investigate how to improve current products, processes, and services within Machine Learning

Personnel responsibilities for the team, which include setting goals, conducting appraisals, salary conversations, work environment responsible for the team’s employees, etc.

Work closely with CellaVision’ s other development departments to share knowledge and find best practices

Qualifications

M.Sc. in Engineering within mathematics, physics, computer science or a related field.

Minimum 3 years of experience within Machine Learning

Programming experience within Python

Experience in project leading and planning

Experience in assisting and further developing the work of a research and development organization.



Meritorious

Ph.D. in related field

Experience in C++, C#

Experience working with optics and hardware development

Experience within image analysis

Previous leadership experience
