Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Machine Vision Python Programmer to join our dynamic team.
What you will work on:
Develop and implement image processing algorithms for a live stream of microscopy images.
Identify alignment marks and ArUco markers within the images to determine precise position, size, and rotation of the sample being viewed.
Establish an active feedback loop to center the sample in the field of view.
Work collaboratively to choose a suitable approach for the project, including recommending and investigating relevant libraries.
Lay the foundation for the image processing pipeline, considering both software and potential integration with the microscope for physical sample movement.

What you bring:
Relevant experience in image processing, capable of recommending approaches and laying the groundwork for a sophisticated image processing pipeline.
Proficient in Python, with experience using pytest for testing.
Meritorious if experienced in GUI development through PyQT.
