This is your mission
You will be working with Electrical & Electronics in the area of Vehicle Technology and Vehicle Engineering.
As functional leader of a Technology Area Team, You are expected to drive maintainability strategies with focus on early phases. Secure, maintain and develop roadmaps. Representing aftermarket organizations and lead the Maintainability Cost for your responsibility area. You are a team player that make sure we develop the most efficient and optimized repair and diagnostic strategies, through failure mode analysis, simulations, and physical and virtual testing to final verification.

You will be part of Maintainability Engineering team in Gothenburg, we are leading the development of maintainability cost.
We are the voice of Brands & Customers in our daily mission as responsible for the development of maintainability strategies and implementations. This means that we play an important role to improve customer uptime and loyalty. An enabler for being able to do this is to build and visualize our strategies through gathering input from competitor analysis, product development and the different brands within the company. Furthermore, we continue along the development process with making early evaluations of different technical concept that we mature over time through testing and simulation, both physically and virtually. One of our main tasks is also to spread knowledge around the maintainability topic and that we do in different forums and through collaboration cross functionally.
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years’ experience from automotive industry in HW/SW development.
Strong technical knowledge and experience in automotive systems, diagnostic procedures and tools.
Technical degree (MSc or BSc) in engineering or equivalent education.
Confident in building business case and has knowledge of the overall Aftermarket business fundamentals.
Good network and communication skills.
Good knowledge of data driven analysis in the maintainability domain.
Can-do attitude. Has perseverance, energy and a drive to continuously improve.
