Maintenance Analytics Specialist

Within the Maintenance Analytics team in Tetra Pak Services - Services Operation, we are looking for a Maintenance Analytics Specialist, who will take responsibility and support the Global Maintenance and Operations Analytics. In the position, you will support development and deployment of maintenance analytics roadmap incl. people, process, systems, data dimensions and support the effective collaboration with all needed stakeholders. The position is based in Lund.
What you will do
As Maintenance Analytics Specialist you will:
• Participate in the maintenance analytics capabilities development and deployment plan for cluster and global organizations.
• Drive conversion of stakeholder’s business needs into functional requirements to the Maintenance and Operational analytics platform development.
• Drive the design of Maintenance Analytics based on maintenance and performance data to develop standardized centrally supported dashboard and flexible analytical platform capabilities catering needs for larger audience.
• Develop IT tools for global maintenance dashboard (improvements based on market requirements) as global sustainable and scalable solution
• Lead/ Drive network community within analyst network in cluster
• Respond to queries and questions related to Maintenance KPIs and measures in Operations Analytics
Who you are
To be successful in this position we believe that you have at least 3-5 years of technical, hands-on experience, being a Maintenance Analyst, with detailed knowledge and understanding of Tetra Pak’s Maintenance KPIs. You possess skills in developing Business Intelligence solution and good knowledge and experience working with OLAP data cubes. You have a strong background in developing Power BI reports and publishing, writing Dax code up to certain extent, strong skills in handling large amount of data in both SQL, Power BI and Excel and a basic understanding of services business, from understanding customer needs, making quotation and services delivery. You consider yourself a fast learner and have continuous improvement mindset. Proactive, engaged, enthusiastic and a thrive for efficient and effective improvements are traits that you can relate to. You have a strong analytical mindset with excellent planning and scheduling abilities, and you navigate easily in a multinational setup where you are great at influencing stakeholders across distinct functions and geographies. You are a self-starter who always strives for excellence in delivering results. You like working in a team, learn and share with teammate and others. You have excellent English skills and you have a Bachelor or master’s degree in Economics or Engineering.
