As a Coordinator, you will be part of the 15 person Factory Support team within our Training Services department. You can expect to work on variety of different projects where you will operate independently as well as being part of a team.
Your role
* Be the POC for the customer, in terms of planning and communication of Annual Maintenance tasks
* Plan and coordinate resources internally to execute Maintenance tasks as efficiently as possible.
* Lead the daily work when it comes to Maintenance tasks.
* Write summary reports after Maintenance is finalised.
* Lead the process development of 'ways of working' with annual maintenance.
* Coordinate Customer specific implementation of new subscription releases to customers.
* Liaise closely with Technical Support Leaders in executing and planning annual maintenance.
* Liaise closely with the Repair Coordinator with regards to executing repairs.

* An education background within bachelor degree in Logistic
* Fluency in Swedish and English, in both written and spoken language.

* Familiarity and experience with training & Simulation products is desirable but not essential.

The Factory Support department consists of 15 employees and is part of the Training Services organization within Saab Training & Simulation. Factory Support is responsible for repairs, preventive maintenance, upgrades, spare part supply, price setting, stock optimization and leasing equipment requests.
Training Services consists of about 325 employees around the world, in Huskvarna and at local support sites, close to the user of our products.
This role is a full-time position based in Huskvarna Sweden. It will involve international travel on occasion.
