We’re now looking for a Maintenance & Business Support Manager to join our Digital Development Center – someone who has an openness to the world of digital and wants to engage with a broad network of sales resources, customers and internal stakeholders. Your mission
In this position, you lead the work of the currently small, but highly important maintenance team and see to that errand coming in are dealt with accordingly, either with your own resources or in collaboration with others. You’re responsible for all processes and activities directed to our services and platforms in market, such as the Support flow, Customer validation, Competition reporting and whatever Roll-out activities currently taking place. You also administer support systems, and you ensure that product information is aligned and that the distribution of technical documentation to our regional markets is done in the best of ways. You stay on top of what’s to come and make sure key stakeholders have the information they need. You’re basically the first person to go to if wanting to know what’s going on, or if needing help with the platforms and services we support. To your help you have the Digital Development Center resources and key stakeholders you lead and collaborate with in both Divisions and Sales areas.
Collaboration is key in your job, and you work alongside our Director Digital Design & User Experience to collect and prioritize information and requests from our sales areas and customers, as well as with our Director Digital Architecture & Execution to sort any arising issues in a timely manner. You establish ways of working by involving our stakeholders and you contribute to bringing world class into our digital offer.
Basically, you’re the kind of person that does what it takes to help anyone new to digital to get a more comfortable understanding of digital solutions, so that they can do their job successfully. You might not always know or understand everything yourself, but then you make sure to explore, investigate and find the answers you need to explain to others.
You report to the VP & Head of Digital Offering, and this position is based in the Malmö area.
About you
We’re looking for someone with an academic degree in a relevant field, combined with broad technical knowledge and a will to really understand our digital offer. You have most likely had similar roles within backline or customer support in the past. You have a project manager’s mindset and are very skilled at managing many different stakeholders. Since we act in a global setting, you must also communicate fluently in English.
Working in structured and systematic ways makes it easy for you to gather and follow up information, and you make sure we have the input we need to enhance our digital offering. You really enjoy a changing environment, and you have an agile approach to solving issues. A major driving force for you is to connect with people and create excellent collaborations, and as you’re both open minded and socially confident, you handle this with ease!
