Maintenance Engineer, ZOÉGAS

We are looking for a MaintenanceEngineer with a solid background, as electrical-, automation engineer or similar background. All standards and guidelines from Nestlé are implemented in the local environment.

The main purpose of this job is to provide engineering professional and technical leadership in the Factory. You must also ensure people health and safety, product safety and environment are never compromised. All engineering activities enhance business objectives, product quality and plant operation/performance.

In this position you are responsible for a department with 7 employees. The person in this position is also part of the Factory Management team and reports to the Factory Manager.

Key Experiences for this job

*Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably food manufacturing or consumer goods industry.

*Fixed Assets Maintenance responsibilities, including maintenance budget preparation and control.

*Personnel Supervision (technical teams, contractors or other 3rd parties)

*Overall responsible for development of and driving engineering projects, start-up of technical equipment and/or production line(s)

*Participate in multi-disciplinary team with focus in process or packing optimization and continuous improvement.

*As we work with principles base on LEAN, TPM and Six Sigma experience within these concepts is an advantage

* M Sc in Engineering or similar & Good in English both writing & speaking
