Arbetsbeskrivning
The Maintenance Engineering department is responsible for planned and unplanned maintenance, calibrations and supporting of Robal, VFAL, PAL and BEADS production. The production consists of filling & packaging, preparation of product reagents and freeze drying. The responsibility includes, but is not limited to, availability, performance, and quality. Its important that you are service minded and are ambitious to support our production and service technicians in best possible way. As a Maintenance Engineer you will support the technicians in form of troubleshooting expertise, data analyse, improving planned maintenance and find ways to be more proactive during maintenance.
As a Maintenance Engineer you will work close together with the service technicians. They are working 5-shifts and are 5 techs on each shift. There are also 7 people working daytime.
The responsibilities include
Support the Technicians with your expertise during troubleshooting
Do Data-analyse to improve our way to do planed Maintenance
Improve our TPM work (Total productive maintenance)
Improve and develop our processes and routines regarding troubleshooting and maintenance
Close cooperation with productions and engineering group
Develop and train technicians to improve there troubleshooting skills
Knowledge and skills (general and technical):
Required knowledge, skills and abilities (minimal competencies):
Excellent communication skills both in Swedish & English (oral and written)
Excellent knowledge regarding TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)
Excellent knowledge regarding maintenance and how to improve the maintenance process
Ability to work independently
Ability to successfully interact with cross-functional teams in a global environment
Excellent computer skills and analysing data
Minimum qualifications:
MSc in Mechanical or Electro Engineering or Bachelor’s degree with proven experience
Preferred qualifications:
Experience from working in a global environment
Experience from working with production processes
Experience from working with automation equipment
Experience from working with freeze-drying and filling processes
Experience from working with troubleshooting electrical, PLC and mechanical problems
