Maintenance engineer for Linux based products

We want to make a strong team of maintenance engineers even stronger for network (CPE) products.

Must have:

- Extensive (at least five years) experience in scripting and programming languages like; python and shell scripts for automation and configuration
- Extensive (at least five years) experience in configuration of a Linux system focusing on networking parts like DNS, Firewall, DHCP, Wireless Communication, VPN etc.
- Extensive (at least five years) experience in network communication, e.g. TCP/IP, UDP, HTTP/HTTPS, WLAN
- Experience with CPE products and Triple Play services
- Experience (at least five years) with Embedded Linux distributions like OpenWRT or similar
- High Business English (conversation and writing)
- Worked with network tools such as Wireshark and tcpdump

Nice to have:
- Experience in VoIP, SIP, Asterix, DSL and fiber

The project contains both open source software and open-source hardware, something we are very passionate about.

Every month all our colleagues from HiMinds gather for our monthly meeting. The purpose of the meetings is to explore new technologies, get inspired and share our knowledge. We believe that this is an excellent way of uniting us and show appreciation for each other.
