As a Maintenance Engineer, you will have a close collaboration with a senior colleague who has the main responsibility for the equipment. This is a coordinating role where you have a close dialogue with production, QA and external suppliers - where you are responsible for documentation, planning maintenance work and drive process changes conected to facilities and equipment.
BioLamina works in a regulated quality system that sets requirements linked to documentation and archiving. To be successful in the role, you must have a technical interest and a curiosity for how this type of equipment works, as well as an understanding of what it means to work in a regulated business.

ARBETSUPPGIFTER
The aim is to keep the production facility in a controlled status, minimize emergency repairs and have a clear plan for maintenance work. The equipment in the production facility is mainly stand-alone equipment.
As a Maintenance Engineer, your primary area of responsibility is documentation, but also planning and coordination connected to the maintenance work. Furthermore, you will drive process changes that includes changes to facilities and qualifying new equipment.
More specifically, your duties will include:
* Ensure that documentation and archiving comply with their regulated quality system (GMP).
* Contact external suppliers regarding service agreements and schedule maintenance work together with production and QA.
* Calibrate equipment.
* Drive process changes that includes changes to facilities and qualifying new equipment, in collaboration with QA and the senior colleague.
In the long term, you will be responsible for equipment, where you will review the frequency and structure of maintenance work.
VI SÖKER DIG SOM
- Have a higher education as a Maintenance Engineer or in Mechanical Engineering, alternatively you have similar technical education that we consider equivalent - which you motivate in your application.
- Alternatively, you have relevant work experience in the field.
- Communicates fluently in speech and writing in English, where Swedish is meritorious but not a requirement.
- An interest in technical equipment where you have a desire to learn and develop.

* Experience or interest in Life Science, which you motivate in your application.
As a person you are:
* Detailed and methodical in your way of working with a focus on high quality.
* Independent in your work where you take responsibility for your tasks.
* Communicative as you will have a close collaboration both internally and with external suppliers.

Other information
* Start: January.
* Extent: This is a long-term assignment of initially 6 months, with the possibility of an extension of the consulting assignment or over-recruitment to the client.
* Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8-17. Stand-by duty is included according to a schedule but to the extent of approx. 2 times/half year.
* Location: Sundbyberg, Stockholm.
