About the job
You can look forward to a pivotal role as Maintenance Excellence Manager where you inspire and challenge the way of doing maintenance at site, in order to achieve optimal asset reliability/availability and workforce efficiency. You will be part of the central Maintenance & Reliability team, where you would contribute to 1) implementation of company vision and strategy at the sites, 2) development of methods, tools and standards and 3) driving continuous improvement and identifying quick wins for sites.
Moreover, the tasks will include:
• Develop global asset management standards, tools and methods
• Conduct training and education of dairies in adopting standards, utilising methods and tools to optimise performance
• Support assigned dairies to develop maintenance excellence and transformation roadmap
• Act as a business partner to assigned dairies to uncover improvement opportunities when reviewing maintenance & reliability performance
• Provide change management support to all levels of shopfloor/site management team by clearing articulating the WHY, WHAT and HOW
• Drive asset management council meetings and collect feedback from dairies to improve and build on existing asset management system
You can look forward to frequent travel to SE sites.
Who are you?
We are looking for a person who has theoretical and practical knowledge of maintenance excellence, and practical maintenance management. You must have excellent communication skills with with ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels. You have experience in driving transformation and change. In addition we are looking for the following experience:


• Implementation of large scale operational and maintenance excellence framework
• Maintenance in the shopfloor environment
• Knowledge and application of asset management best practices
• Knowledge and understanding of Lean
• Experience with multiple suppliers for maintenance manpower and spare parts
• Experience with predictive maintenance (condition based monitoring)
You speak Swedish and are fluent in English.
