MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST

Would you like to work for Tetra Pak and be a major contributor in managing the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS)?
Maintenance Services, within Technical Service, (TS), support the achievement of desired system performance at customer site as well as to maintain it during its intended lifetime. This is done by providing relevant and leading processes, tools, competencies and methodologies. Within the organisation the Maintenance Management team is responsible to drive world class Maintenance Management capability to optimise the customer's operational performance throughout the complete lifecycle of the packaging line.
We are looking for a Maintenance Management Specialist to join our team in Lund, Sweden. In this position you will work in a team of maintenance experts focusing on continuous improvements and supporting the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS) including the Computerized Maintenance Management System.
Main responsibilities
- Identify new business requirements related to TPMS
- Work with Maintenance and RCM methodology improvements
- Provide maintenance FMECA Support
- Make knowledge scanning of best practices and maintenance standards
- Define internal standards for maintenance
Qualifications
We are looking for a self-motivated person with a high level of drive and who is good at organizing and planning activities. You are a problem solver with great networking skills, a good level of understanding of customer operation and you can easily and effectively communicate with people on all levels.
To be successful in this position we believe that you have previous experience within the field of maintenance management and probably a University degree within Engineering. Experience from CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and SQL is highly desired and if you have knowledge of Asset Management and ISO 55000 standard it is considered as a merit.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
