ABB Electrification Smart Power division is a global technology leader with products and solutions that make power supplies smart, connected and protected. Its intelligent products and solutions make power more competitive by improving the energy efficiency, productivity and reliability of almost any operation. Electrification Smart Power Unit in Västerås develops and produces contactors, soft starters and pilot devices.
Your responsibilities
Manage two departments with approx. 15 tool technicians, service technicians and maintenance technicians.
Ensure departments delivers according to set KPIs for health and safety.
Implementing health, safety and environmental guidelines and directives.
Fully responsible of people management, health & safety, developing.
Engage the team members to support our production lines and enable them to reach set targets for on time delivery, cost and quality by:
Specifying and executing maintenance plans.
Solving major technical, equipment or facilities challenges in order to achieve higher performance of the production lines.
Reacting promptly to any emergencies, breakdowns, malfunctions or other problems to minimize disruption to production.
Proposing improvements for processes and production lines aimed at reducing maintenance and optimizing operational and energy efficiency.

Your background
Leadership experience from project management, team leader or manager position.
University degree and/or extensive experience from service, maintenance and tooling field.
Good knowledge in MS Office.
Swedish and English, fluent in speaking and writing.
Result-oriented, clear in communication, confident leader.
