Join BioLamina, a rapidly expanding company based in Sundbyberg, offering a one-of-a-kind product. BioLamina is presently looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Technology department as a Maintenance Manager.
Your role will involve ensuring the seamless functioning of our production-related facilities and equipment. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals seeking personal growth and the chance to make a substantial impact within the organization.
The role
The Maintenance Manager is accountable for preserving and enhancing the operational condition of BioLamina's facilities and equipment, which encompasses many different types of units. The primary responsibilities include planning, scheduling, cost control, follow-up, and invoicing of service, repair, and maintenance activities.
The key tasks involve ensuring that facilities and equipment are maintained in optimal condition and operating efficiently within budgetary constraints. This entails managing and scheduling service, maintenance, and repairs while coordinating with the relevant personnel responsible for each instrument. In the event of equipment malfunctions, you need to take action to oversee and facilitate the necessary repairs. Your responsibilities will also include:
• System responsible for the equipment registry and maintenance schedule, ensuring it is a reliable, efficient, and up-to-date planning tool for the organization.
• Responsible for service agreements and initiating updates or new agreements when needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide input on service, maintenance and/or repair of equipment/facilities.
• Continuous improvement of routines, projects, and corrective and preventative action implementation as well as maintaining records and documentation.
• Identify/perform/coordinate deviations investigations and Change Controls and related CAPA activities.
• Perform work in compliance with the BioLamina Quality Management System (QMS) and contribute to the continuous development of the QMS.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must possess the ability to quickly and efficiently adapt their behavior to achieve goals, overcome challenges, and resolve issues. Collaboration is a crucial aspect of this position, as the candidate will be required to build relationships with individuals at various levels within the organization.
• An academic degree (B.Sc. or higher) in Biochemistry, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, alternatively a minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience working in a controlled production environment, such as GMP or similar.
• Structured and the ability to document requirement specifications and conduct risk analyses.
• Preferably experience working with validation and qualifications.
• Fluent in speaking and writing English
