Maintenance Manager

Would you like to influence the way we work with production maintenance?Tetra Pak Packaging Material is now looking for a Maintenance Manager that can lead the way that we work with both operational and strategic maintenance.

Tetra Pak Packaging Material (TPPM) manufactures fiber based packaging material for Tetra Pak's different filling machine systems.The production is divided into three main areas; printing, lamination and cutting.We work with constant improvement in accordance with the WCM (World Class Manufacturing) concept.

Your main tasks will be to:

- Secure equipment availability
- Develop the stategic way of working and methodology for maintenance processes.
- Continuously develop maintenance systems
- Coach personell and other stake holders in maintenance problem solving,
- Supervise and follow up the day to day operations and improvement projects


Kvalifikationer

We are looking for a perceptive and strong leader with a constant drive to improve both procedures as well as team performance.You should have experience from Change Management and be able to combine an analytical mindset with detail orientation.

We believe that you have at least 5 years of previous hands on experience from the field of maintenance, preferably from the process industry and continuous production.Experience from WCM, TPM or LEAN Manufacturing is a must and a University degree in Engineering (mechanical or electrical) is desirable.
