We aim to reach World class maintenance at our Maintenance department in Stockvik and are now looking for a new Maintenance Manager. In this key position you are responsible to lead, manage and develop the maintenance organization. Key objectives are Safety, Efficiency (cost), Quality, and Asset integrity.
As Maintenance Manager you report to the Stockvik Site director and have 8 direct reports and responsibility for the entire Maintenance organization that entails ~60 employees. This role also interacts and develop relationships with external parties present at the site. The Maintenance organization supports the Onesite Stockvik including Expancel, Chlorate, Surfactants, and additional utility and facility installations.
Main Responsibilities
This position utilize sound people management and technical problem solving to maintain the site Production units, infrastructure, utilities and equipment. You will lead, manage and develop the maintenance organization. Responsible to ensure cost efficient operations of the maintenance processes and department. Additional responsibilities:
Follow up and act on KPIs specific to the maintanance function
Develop the maintenance warehouse processes and skills of the maintenance department towards world class maintenance
Ensures that the maintenance operations are performed according to applicable laws and permits as well as policies regarding Health, Safety and Environment..
Work with Lean on the process of maintenance work
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you are a strong leader who appreciates the power of team work as well as individual performances. You are confident in your own expertise and a strong drive to deliver results while maintaining a high quality and safety standards. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly set the direction as well as create winning teams and build your own network. You have experience from change management and enjoy being a manager in an environment of change.
Proven experience in management of maintenance or equivalent
Proven leadership experience
Knowledge and understanding of health, security, environmental and energy issues
Good understanding of Lean and change management
Excellent skills in Swedish and English, writing and oral communication
Bachelor's degree of Engineering or equivalent
