Maintenance Manager, Falkenberg

We are now offering an exciting role as Maintenance Manager for our Maintenance organization in Falkenberg. As Maintenance Manager you will be responsible to achieve high reliability of our machines and equipment E2E, from our Brewing and Processing operations, via our Fill and Packaging Lines, to our highly Automated Warehouse operations. You will lead an organization with a goal to deliver and develop no less than World Class Maintenance. You are responsible for the short- and long-term development of people within the maintenance organization as well as drive performance and continuous improvement of our maintenance processes through effective use of Lean methodologies and philosophy.
This role is also directly responsible for Opex budget allocation & control and you will ensure that all Carlsberg standard methods, tools and processes are implemented in accordance with regional and global agreements. The position is a permanent full-time employment based in Falkenberg. You will have an E2E view via whole Supply Company and directly report to BD&E Director.

What do we expect from you?
You have University degree in Engineering (Mechanical and/or Automation and/or Electrical). You have 5 years’ experience within a production environment with at least 3 years at management level, benefitable within food production and packaging environment. We are looking for you who has proven experience in developing people and processes, managing budgets and delivering performance improvements through Lean methodology. Knowledge and experience of SAP PM is seen as a positive merit. To be suitable for this position you hare fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
As a person you are goal oriented with an ambitious and engaging way of developing and empowering people. You have a strong Business Acumen with a passion for driving and making change. To be the perfect match for this position we think that you have great communication skills since this role requires a lot of cross-team interacting and customer focus.
