Maintenance Mechanic

This position is for a maintenance generalist who is capable of performing maintenance and repair work for a variety of building trades, such as, carpentry, plumbing, electrical, gardening, masonry, etc. Work will be performed in residential and office settings. This position will be required to coordinate with in-house and contracted trade specialists. This position will need to coordinate work through contracted services and/or review and provide feedback on contracted work to their supervisor. After hours and weekend work will be required periodically.

EDUCATION:
Completion of Secondary School or Local Mandatory Schooling and received high school diploma

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of one year experience in the repair and maintenance of facilities.

LANGUAGE:
Limited knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing Swedish is required. Good Working Knowledge Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
This may be tested.
