Maintenance Process Specialist

Job scope
Scope for Maintenance Process Specialist involves both developmental and supportive activities, mainly for maintenance area of responsibility, but also with a strong focus on crossfunctional coordination and collaboration.
The role will include development, documentation and communication of processes and way of work for the maintenance department. Implementation and educational activities of the same are also common tasks.
Process specialist will also be involved in improvement projects, improve the standardized procedures, support personnel in system handling, data management and follow up activities within the systems use for maintenance daily work.

• Data Management for our PLM and ERP system

• Analyzing of maintenance data and performance measurement

Requirements
Educational background and previous experience required for the role.
Qualifications and experience
• Technical education at university level, preferably supplemented with experience of business development. MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
• 5+ years working experience within maintenance
• Excellent English written and oral skills
Specific skills
• Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
• Experience from start up company
• Fluency in other languages (Japanese, Swedish, French)
• Experience from a multi-cultural environment
