Within the Maintenance Reliability team in Tetra Pak Services - Services Operation, we are looking for a Maintenance Reliability Engineer, who will take responsibility of the Global Maintenance Recommendations of our equipment. In the position, you will participate in the consistent application of RCM methods to secure that we develop, improve, and implement accurate and effective maintenance recommendations to maintain Core Tetra Pak equipment, as well as Extended equipment at our customer plants. You will lead the maintenance life cycle ownership of our equipment by complying with our RCM continuous improvement feedback loop.
This position is located in Lund.
What you will do:
· Lead the development of maintenance tasks based on the optimum maintenance tactical mix, to secure equipment mechanical performance and acceptable maintenance cost, in collaboration with Equipment product owner and other relevant expertise
· Lead the maintenance strategy of our equipment in collaboration with the Maintenance Analytics Specialist and in compliance with service business strategy
· Lead the evaluation and analysis of feedback on our maintenance recommendations in collaboration with Cluster organisations, Maintenance Analytics Specialists and Equipment product owners, to update the maintenance recommendations and suggest equipment design improvement
· Participate in supporting the Development and Engineering organisation in our equipment development and life cycle activities, through the submission and follow-up of operational maintenance requirements
· Participate as subject matter expert to initiatives/projects within Tetra Pak Services and Development and Engineering and deliver according to agreed outcome
· Participate in the definition and improvement of our maintenance programme to secure it is fit for Tetra Pak future business strategy, in collaboration with the Maintenance Analytic Specialist and other relevant organization
· Maintain an optimum level of technical expertise to deliver high quality maintenance recommendations
· Participate in securing that the maintenance cost is kept under control during the development projects and life cycle updates
Who you are:
As a person you have strong analytical mindset with excellent planning and scheduling abilities.
You navigate easily in a multinational setup and have great skills in influencing stakeholders across distinct functions and geographies. You are a self-starter who always strives for excellence in delivering results. You like working in a team, learn and share with teammate and others.
To be a successful candidate you should have a Bachelor or master’s degree preferably in Mechanical Engineering and being a certified Reliability Engineer is an advantage. You have excellent English skills both in verbal and in written communication.
You have at least 3 years of technical, hands-on experience, being a Field Service, Test Engineer, Maintenance Specialist or Reliability Engineer with the attitude to develop, improve and maintain equipment maintenance recommendations is considered a valuable candidate. Equipment Processing knowledge is considered an additional benefit.
