Main Responsibilities
As a Maintenance Reliability Manager you will be the process owner of MRM-Maintenance Reliability Management and People Manager for Maintenance Engineers. The Reliability Manager Role is to lead and ensure that the work processes of the maintenance engineering group take place in a safe and cost-effective manner according to established procedures. In this role you will achieve operational excellence for reliability and maintenance engineers in the short and long term, with a focus on continuous improvement and to enhance the reliability of the plant. The role also operates the work with maintenance strategies for the availability of equipment, and improvements in equipment maintenance plans, as well as spare parts.
This role also includes the role of part-time Reliability Engineer.
Additional responsibilities:
The maintenance strategy available for all equipment
Maintenance strategy according to the laws, rules, and AN standard
The maintenance strategy is aligned with business objectives
The maintenance strategies are documented and translated into preventive maintenance plans in SAP
Spare parts strategy exists and is documented in SAP
Ensure that the elimination of "Bad actors" are made according to the MRM process so that maintenance costs are reduced
Ensure that the total maintenance cost and OEE losses are reduced and that the HSE improvements identified through structured RCPS meetings and projects
Maintain appropriate tools to optimize reliability (RCPS, MES, AUM / PEM) and train users in these tools
Qualifications
To be successful in this position you are an experienced leader who is straightforward and know the power of teamwork. You are a good communicator who see opportunities where others see problems. You have the knowledge and understanding of health, security, environmental and energy issues. You also have good understanding of ALPS maintenance processes with a focus on reliability and tools for root cause analysis. You have training and experience in Lean / Six Sigma and it meritorious if you have knowledge of rotating equipment such as pumps, centrifuges, compressors DCS control system, Delta V.
Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Automation Engineering
Maintenance Specific education and 5-7 years of experience in maintenance
Merit if you have the knowledge in SAPPM
Knowledge of PLC programming is meritorious
Good knowledge in Swedish and English in written and spoken

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to Maintenance Manager and based in Stockvik, Sweden.
