Development & Engineering The D&E unit develops and produces packaging systems and distribution solutions for liquid food.The unit is part of the Tetra Pak Group which has a global coverage and key product development centres in Modena, Italy, Lund, Sweden, and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA.In Modena, Lund, and Minneapolis we provide product innovation and industrialization of packaging systems and distribution solutions including world class expertise in key competence areas as well as in raw material converting processes and equipment to our customers all around the world.Are you up for a challenge?We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist to lead the way that we work with maintenance in a new direction.The objective of the Maintenance Support group is to have the overall picture of maintenance on our equipment lines.The group is also responsible for the administration of claims and input regarding technical issues for Basic Lines.Your key tasks and responsibilities will be: .To work proactively and open minded with maintenance and spare part issues .Create and update maintenance and spare part recommendations .Actively work with maintenance cost issues .Collect and analyse feedback from the field .Actively participate in forums for improvement and standardisation .Lead initiatives for improvements and drive activities independently The successful candidate has a university degree with relevant specialization.Previous experience from the field of maintenance is a merit but not a must.This position requires that you are customer oriented and have a genuine technical interest.Your personal qualities are important to us and you should have a strong sense of personal drive and easily take own initiative and follow them through.You are open to changes and find them inspiring.You also need to have a good understanding of the customer operational perspective as well as an analytical mindset.You are comfortable to work alone as well as in a team.Good command of English, both written and verbal, is required.Estimated 30 days of travel per year.
