The Maintenance Management group, part of Service Operations within Technical Service AB, is overall responsible for the Tetra Pak Maintenance System (TPMS), which is the methodology used to maintain Tetra Pak equipment.The role of Maintenance Management is to drive the TPMS network, manage development and support the implementation of an optimal maintenance system.
We are currently recruiting for two Maintenance Specialist positions within the team to lead activities as part of the TPMS 2 project.The positions will contribute in the following main areas of the project:
.Maintenance organisation & Competence development (material & delivery)
.Pilot implementation & deployment of the final solution
Main tasks and responsibilities (which will be split depending on candidates):
- Contribute and lead the definition of roles & responsibilities and organisational structure within Tetra Pak to execute the updated maintenance process
- Participate in and drive the creation and delivery of competence development material related to maintenance management and reliability centered maintenance principles,
- Establish and manage pilot implementations at selected customers, capture learnings as input to final development of the global solution, and
- Define the deployment plan with Clusters
Kvalifikationer
Successful candidates have a university degree in Mechanical Engineering or extensive work experience from Market Company organization, with Development & Engineering exposure as an advantage.You must have a thorough knowledge of the Maintenance Principles and wide experience in the area of maintenance.You have a good understanding of the role of maintenance in customer operations combined with a wide network.You are fluent in English, both written and verbal.
As a person you are proactive with a strong personal drive.You are structured and able to transform strategic perspective into operational activities.You possess very good interpersonal and communication skills including the abilities to use informal authority and prior change management experience.This position will include travels world-wide for approximately 30-50% of the time, depending on the phase of the project.
