We are looking for a Maintenance Specialist who will drive customer value in maintenance by analysing and continuously improving maintenance methodology, maintenance management and execution standards, thereby increasing system performance after maintenance and optimizing customer maintenance cost.
Please note that the position can be filled in any of the following countries from North of Europe: Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Iceland, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia.
The position can be optionally filled as home based, and up to 20% of travel to the office or customer is needed.
What You Will Do:
· Drive the transition of Processing equipment into Tetra Pak Maintenance System On-Line
· Creation, validation, standardization and implementation of preventative maintenance task lists
· Provide support to solution specialists on reviewing and providing maintenance recommendations for service contracts
· Working with Field Service Operations - introduce and drive the use and application of the global maintenance process and tools
· Long term maintenance planning and work order generation
· Provide support to the Service Engineers to resolve maintenance related issues, ensure that process is consistently followed and applied to ensure rapid and permanent resolution
· Drive continuous improvement activities and maintenance accelerators (like flexible maintenance) to increase system performance after maintenance and first-time right execution in the field, in collaboration with cluster and central teams
· Work with both the customer and SEs on improving the quality delivered during Maintenance
· Serve as Business Expert on maintenance related subjects
· Support competence development in maintenance for Service Engineers in collaboration with Cluster Competence Development Driver and FSO Team Leaders
Who You Are:
· 5+ years of Processing experience in a technical role
· Experience in the front line with customers is beneficial
· Understanding of maintenance and reliability concepts
· Fluent English both spoken and written
· Advanced skills in Excel
· Strong communications skills, team player and able to collaborate with different departments and stakeholders
· Project management skills are an advantage
· Attention to details, analytical, self-driven attitude
