Maintenance Specialist

We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Specialist to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is part of our excellent team based in Skellefteå. By joining us, you will be a key player in building one of the first large-scale European battery factories.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Development and standardization of processes
Data Management for our PLM and ERP system
Project management
Analyzing of maintenance data
Change Management
Communication, support and Education

We believe that you have :
We are looking for you with a technical education at university level, preferably supplemented with experience of business development. MSc or MBA/Relevant University Degree
5+ years working experience within maintenance
Excellent English written and oral skills

Bonus points for:
Experience and interest in manufacturing industry
Experience from start up company
Fluency in other languages (Swedish)
Experience from a multi-cultural environment

Full time employment, fixed salary.
