Maintenance Supervisor

Nouryon has a great opportunity for a Maintenance supervisor to our site in Kvarntorp. The purpose of this role is to be responsible for that all maintenance activities both external and internal, are performed in a safe effective and cost-effective way, according to standards. Also to make sure that necessary knowledge, resources and capacity are present in the group or by contractors, to perform maintenance activities. You will continuously drive maintenance activities and find improvements in our processes to secure optimal efficiency and minimal cost.

Main responsibilities
As a Maintenance supervisor you will be responsible for safety, environment and personnel at the department. You will also be responsible for AMM process and those KPI´s as well as for planning resources. In this role you will actively participate for a positive and improving work climate, and good communication/information both internally and externally. Some of your focus areas will be HSE, Effeciency/Improvements, Drive processes accordning to ALPS standards, Contractor management and Scheduling.
Further responsibilities:
Perform PDD, set objectives, update job description, and education plans.
Leads and prioritize work tasks at the
Activelly work for a culture of improvements at site and outside the organization.
Actively participate and lead the safety work at site.
Activelly participate and lead improvements (ALPS) at site.
Responsible for scheduling accordning to AMM-process at site.
Perform maintenance work when necess

This role requires that you have leadership experience from previous work. You also need to be well acquainted with the authorities' requirements within HSE.


Other qualifications
Bachelor's education in a relevant field, eg mechanical engineering or corresponding
At least 5 years’ experience from maintenance
Multidisciplinary in maintenance. Overall knowledge of mechanical work, electricity, instruments, welding, insulation.
Good knowledge of IT systems such as SAP and Office.
Communicates well in spoken and written Swedish and English.
Driving license class B

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Maintenance Manager, and based in Kvarntorp.
