Join us as an Maintenance Technical Support Engineer for our team in Stockholm!
Your main responsibilities include:
Conducting repairs and tests on returned units
Verifying functionality (fault tracing) on returned units
Providing product modification and upgrade services (HW/SW)
Maintaining of test equipment and instruments
Creating repair reports
Providing input to repair offer calculation
Managing the stock of components
Administrating repair cases in US2000 (Lotus Notes administration tool)
Specific tasks
Investigating & implementing continuous improvement initiatives within the repair process
Reviewing purposes & implement strategic changes to improve repair turnaround times and reduce non-value added activity from repair processes
Being part of the development of new generation Test Systems for commissioning in the repair shop.
Your profile?
The required characteristics for your profile include:
Technical engineer degree
Advanced level of English and Swedish
Experience working with testing and repair of electronic devices
Good technical knowledge about electronic equipment and instruments
Advanced and documented knowledge from manufacturing standards IPC-A-.610 acceptability and criteria for electronic assemblies
MS Office Suite knowledge
Drive for results
Planning & initiative abilities.
