Are you a well-organized, co-operative and service-minded person who thrives in a busy and fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Management Assistant who will keep things running smoothly in the organization.
As Management Assistant, you will have a broad role with varying tasks. You will be supporting our regional manager (located in Sweden) as well as one part of the local organization.
Your responsibilities
Administrative and organizational support to managers and co-workers
Supporting managers with personnel handling, processing expenses and invoicing, using the SAP tool
Ordering of hardware, software, system access etc, using the MyIS tool
Placing orders of various goods and services
Assisting in preparation of reports and presentations
Introduction for new employees and other personnel
Beside this you can also expect to have the possibility to handle a variety of tasks and internal project with the focus to make sure we have an efficient and appealing workplace

Your background
To enjoy this position, you need to be responsible, communicative and an expert at providing great service. You thrive when developing – both yourself and the business
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize efficiently
Positive attitude with a high level of “problem-solving” mindset
Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both written and verbal
Solid knowledge of the MS Office tools, knowledge of SAP is an advantage
Experience of working in a multinational company
High level of integrity and responsibility (discretion and confidentiality)
Ability to work independently and to manage own daily schedule
