A DAY IN YOUR LIFE WITH US
No day is the same as the assistant to Centres Manager. You give support to the Ingka Centres Manager in a wide sense and will be an invitee to the Management Team. You support, assist and contribute across a range of initiatives and organizational, strategic and operational tasks that enable an effective and efficient functioning Management team, as well as development of the overall Centres agenda.
Furthermore, we want you to grow, learn and develop a broader perspective before moving to another assignment in 2-3 years. As part of this role, you will also be driving an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values where our co-workers are informed, engaged and empowered.
Moreover, you will:
Prepare, manage and actively contribute as a member to the Management team meetings
Assemble reports and pre-reads to the Boards and other meetings
Organize meetings, collect information and prepare briefs, prepare presentations and speeches for the Centres Manager
Lead or contribute into specified projects defined by Centres Manager
Collaborate with and participate in fit for purpose teams to contribute to the development of solutions and sharing of best practices supporting a constant learning organization
In this position, you will report to Cindy Andersen, our Centres Manager, and be based in Malmö, Sweden.
