MANAGEMENT ASSISTANT – GROUP REAL ESTATE, INGKA GROUP

You communicate well in English, both verbally and written. You are also creative and a good communicator and have the ability to understand complex information and communicate the essential message to different target groups in an adequate way.
You have knowledge in the following areas:
· Proven advanced training in business management, strategic communication or equivalent
· Leadership skills and experience
· Evidence of experience and understanding from working with processes within Ingka
· Experience from Leading and managing projects
· Excellent listening, verbal, written and presentation communication skills in English language
· Experience from business transformation is a great advantage.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will assist the Group Real Manager, supporting, contributing and leading across a range of initiatives, projects and operational tasks.
You will work as part of the Group Real Estate management team with the specific key responsibilities to
· Plan, coordinate and administrate the business year cycle, the management meeting structure and the official governance connected to Real Estate
· Lead specific assignments and projects connected to Group Real Estate agenda
· Prepare, organise and co-ordinate various internal and external meetings, forums and conferences, including preparation material, minutes, following up on actions, etc.
· Organize Real Estate & Expansion Committee (REC) and support and coordinate participation and contribution from Group Real Estate in Investment committee (IC)
· Provide Real Estate Manager and Management team with administrative support in daily business
· Act as representative for the Group Real Estate Manager in various initiatives and forums, actively contributing and influencing the output
· Manage various contacts, internal and external, to ensure prioritization, provide guidance and field initial queries; as well as manage Real Estate internal communication hubs
You will report to the Group Real Estate Manager and be part of the Real Estate Management team. This position is placed in Malmö, Sweden.

We secure new and maintain existing physical locations in order to meet the needs of the many people. We provide strategic insight based on our knowledge and understanding of the real estate portfolio in Ingka. We take the lead in delivering safe, compliant, sustainable and innovative property solutions – with Democratic design and life cycle cost on top of our mind. We actively maintain and secure that our properties are kept in relevant shape for the business.
