You will be part of Marine & Ports in Västerås, a business line within ABB’s Industrial Automation division. The Marine & Ports team’s goal is to make container and cargo handling safer, greener and more productive in the world’s vital cargo hubs which handle a majority of all the cargo transported in the world. You will be working in the world of giant robotized cranes, intelligent automation and digital solutions which optimize the container flow in terminals worldwide; designed, developed, and delivered by the global Ports team.
In this role you will have a lot of opportunities to develop both the business and yourself. Your responsibilities
Provide general administrative services and/or secretarial assistance at local country, function or business level.
Perform complex administrative activities and take responsibility for delivering specific department processes/programs.
Provide assistance to local business line manager.
Support and assist the sales and project department.
Take notes from management group meetings.
Handle expense and travel bills, including invoice processing.
Manage emails, order office supplies etc.

Your background
Academic degree is a plus but not essential.
Completed high school and a few years of experience from similar roles.
Experience of taking notes from management group meetings, is an advantage.
You like to take initiative in your work place and you work well in group as individually.
You are prestigious and service-minded as the tasks vary.
You are a team player and like to collaborate with your colleagues.
You want to develop, are forward, driven and proactive.
You have great writing skills in English and Swedish.
Fluency in English is a must, written and spoken alike.
