Our activities are increasing and we are therefore looking for a new Management Assistant based in Sandviken.We are looking for a qualified, proactive and accurate Management Assistant, who enjoys supporting the business by providing excellent service.The position will be managing the services of three Vice Presidents.Key performance areas Your main responsibilities are: . Travel and calendar planning..Documentation of various kinds.. Producing and sending out different types of reports and presentations.. Develop and Manage Lotus Notes databases.. Updating the intranet.. Coordinate business visits of various kinds..Assisting in prioritize workload for the Vice President.. Managing email for the Vice Presidents.. Due to the position, other tasks will follow.The position reports to the Vice Presidents.You will have extensive communication with managers worldwide; you will be part of the Executive secretary network in Sandvik.Your profile Qualifications and personality: . Educational background with an emphasis on business service..Several years of qualified secretarial experience.. Fluency in English.. High proficiency in Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential..
