Management Assistant

Sandvik Mining and Construction is a business area within the Sandvik Group and a world-leading supplier of equipment and complete solutions for the mining and construction industries, with machines, hard metal tools, service and technical solutions for the extraction and crushing of rock and minerals.In Sweden, we have operations from Kiruna in the North to Svedala in the South. We are now looking for a Management Assistant as a 12-month temporary replacement.The position is full time, based at Sandvik Mining and Construction's Head Office in Sandviken.For the right person, there is a possibility for extended employment within Sandvik.Key performance areas As Management Assistant you will support our Vice President for R&D, Senior Vice President for Marketing and Sales and our IT-director.Main tasks include: - Travel and calendar planning - Coordinating business visits - Documentation of various kinds - Producing and distributing reports - Attending meetings, taking minutes and producing reports based on these - Maintaining Lotus Notes databases - Publishing newsletters on our intranet, as well as updating existing information - Assisting in prioritizing the workloads of the Vice Presidents You will work in close cooperation with other Management Assistants at Sandvik Mining and Construction's Head Office and communicate extensively with our managers worldwide.Your profile You have an educational background with an emphasis on business service and several years of qualified secretarial experience.High proficiency in Lotus Notes, PowerPoint, Word and Excel is essential.Experience from an international environment is considered an additional qualification. As a person you are positive, energetic and self-motivated, with strong integrity.You appreciate a sense of humor and can contribute to our team.Very good communication skills in both English and Swedish are a requirement.
