In this position you play a crucial role for the success of our management teams and our people. You will be supporting the Global Business Line Manager for Business Line Hoist as well as the Local Business Line Manager for Business Line Hoist Sweden.

This position reports to Business Manager - E2E.
Your responsibilities
Provide administrative services and secretarial assistance, sometimes of complex nature for the respective management team and other relevant stakeholders
Act as representative for the business management team, internally as well as externally
Arrange events, travels, conferences etc.
Drive internal projects or processes
Handle purchase orders and invoices for indirect materials and services
Handle expense and travel bills
Support colleagues in administrative tasks, might be superuser for administrative tools
Your background
You might have an academic degree but it is not a must, however a must is the ability to master multiple stakeholders in communication, planning, action taking and follow up
Experience from similar role or project management in smaller scale is required
Experience in handling multiple administrative systems for managing personnel, cost, purchases, invoices, etc. is a plus
You are structured, solution-oriented and proactive
You are familiar with and like to work in a multicultural environment and are comfortable meeting people with different perspectives and background
You look forward to collaborate with people internally and externally across the globe as well as meeting the individuals need on a local basis
You are driven and don't hesitate to take initiative. You work well on individual basis as well as in a team. A key attribute is collaboration skills
You are keen on driving change and act to increase value-add in all tasks and processes
You do not hesitate to take on an informal leader role as representative for the management teams
You are service minded and a person who gets things done
Fluency in English and Swedish is a must, written and spoken alike
