Main responsibilities
As the Management Assistant, you will perform a variety of work tasks; spanning from organizing webinars and conferences, issue internal communications, organize external and internal events and help visitors and Performance Formulations (PF) staff with travel support. In this role, you will also take an active part in the administration for example contracts, purchase requests and invoices. This is a key position where you represent the company and through your way of providing service help us make every day easier for our employees and customers.
Qualifications
To be successful in this position we believe you are a problem-solver who is organized and service minded. Further, you are structured and have good interpersonal skills as well as possess the ability to build and maintain strong networks. We also see that you have:
Theoretical education, high school or college level. In the areas of economics, sales, trade, administration.
Minimum 3-year work experience in a relevant professional area.
Fluent in written and spoken English.
Good IT competence / experience regarding
- Standard Office Software;
- Sharepoint
- SAP incl Ariba

This is a permanent position on a full-time basis, reporting to the Director RD & Technology and based in Gothenburg, Sweden.
