Job Description
For our client within the automotive industry, we are looking for a Management Assistant.

As the Management Assistant you will play an important role in making sure the day-to-day business run smoothly withing the management team. Your focus is to create a welcoming environment, where employees, customers and visitors feel welcomed. You will be part of the Corporate Office team, which is a small team where everyone helps each other.

Qualifications
- You are comfortable in working in a global environment, where your colleagues are in Sweden, China, and UK.
- You have experience from working with executive teams or experience in a senior administrative assistant role.
- You have knowledge of general office management.
- You have good knowledge in Office 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- You have knowledge in Teams, Sharepoint, Confluence, SAP Concur, CWT Travel tool or similar.
- You are excellent in written/spoken Swedish and English (Mandarin is a big Plus).

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40 hours per week. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-04-24, with possible extension.
