You have excellent communication- and collaboration skills and can easily engage and build trustful relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, have the ability to lead and inspire people around you, and are a true role model for our culture and values. To succeed in this role, you have strong leadership capabilities and experience in project management. We do also believe, you have a willingness to continuously develop and take responsibility for many tasks, often of an administrative character, in different situations. For a minimum of 5 years, you have been working with process-oriented work within IKEA and if you have any additional training in business management, strategic communication, or equivalent, it will be seen as an advantage. You understand the complexity of the IKEA business and the role of Market Support as an integrated part of the business. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES In this role you will be the key right hand to the Market Support Manager, providing support across a wide range of initiatives. You will take an active role as a member of the Market Support Management Team and work with both organization, strategical and operational tasks. More in detail you will: • Plan, coordinate, and administrate the business year cycle for Market Support • Prepare presentations, speeches, and interviews • Prepare, organize and coordinate meetings, including preparation material, minutes, following up on actions, etc. • Prepare, organize, and coordinate big internal events (including planning support) • Drive specific projects and assignments defined by the Market Support Manager • Secure documents and platforms are updated and communicated • Work across functions within INGKA Group and in good collaboration with other IKEA businesses This is a development position where you will get the chance to grow, learn and develop before moving on into another assignment in 2-3 years.
