Amazing Management Associate

We are looking for a driven and curious Management Associate to work closely alongside the Senior Vice President and his management team of our business unit in Sweden and Finland. Besides Varberg, where this role is located, we are represented in Stockholm, Uppsala, Helsinki and Turku.

This role offers a unique insight to the financial services, technology industry and the strategy implementation in one of Europe’s leading financial services providers. As the Management Associate you will work closely with the Management team on strategically important projects across the Nordics and Europe. This will be your focus and area of responsibility for the first 18-24 months, after which other career possibilities in Arvato Financial Solutions or Arvato Bertelsmann can follow.

This Role Will Include the Following Responsibilities

Directly support the Senior Vice President in the day-to-day business
Support in Management communication plans and schedules
Coordinating effective Management meetings including planning and invitations as well as creating presentations and documentations
Participate in, and later manage and lead, strategic business development projects in an international context
Prepare decision-making recommendations for top management in a data driven environment
