Management Consultant

We are now helping our client to find available management consultants for short assignments, approximately for 8-12 weeks.

A perfect candidate would have these experiences:
• We would like mid-level consultants who have the consultant toolkit i.e., slide production (high level, experience from big 4 or banking) research & analysis
• Working with client within Financial Services, often within F&R, regulatory, compliance and risk.

Qualifications:
• Additional qualifications or certifications a plus
• 1-3+ years´ experience as a Management Consultant or another relevant role
• Familiarity with common business software, project management programs and IT systems
• Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships and to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
• Effectively deliver projects on-time, on-budget within the scope that meets or exceeds stakeholder expectations
• Demonstrated experience in project management of extensive multi-phase projects
• Perfect organizational skills
• Strong working knowledge of business management best practices
• Capacity for analytical and creative thinking

Who you are:
You have an advanced degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field,
Preferably several years of experience in a finance role. You are process driven and have mathematical- and strong leadership skills and experience.
You are fluent in Swedish and English, verbally and in writing and have ability to work independently, taking ownership and accountability for work and strong interpersonal skills to enable good relationships to be built.
