Description

A core component of the Clients transformation is to implement a new HR Core solution with the ambition to simplify and standardize their ways of working both in the co-worker and Digital dimension. They are now reaching the point where the investment is approved and they need to form the team going forward. A critical component to this is to get the product owner in place to secure planning and implementation of the solutions.

The consultant will lead the team from the Digital perspective and will take the overall responsibility to:
- Form and manage the Digital team and interaction/collaboration with the P&C resources
- Plan the overall implementation covering all aspects from building a global template and secure its fit for purpose across their countries. Implement the solutions and secure proper use and adherence to their overall design principles.
- Design and suggest post implementation organization to secure that they are ready to manage solutions post implementation.
- Participate in vendor selection and other cross stream activities in the transformation

Mandatory competence and experience:

- Significant HCC domain experience from a digital perspective - globally with focus on HR core capabilities.
- Experience with agile delivery and devops.
- Experience with global standardization initiatives.
- Experience with global/regional/local delivery/implementation.
- Project management experience.
- Business acumen.
- People Planning Domain experience >7 years
- Experience with global/regional/local delivery/implementation. >7 years
