Growth Consulting is a group of experienced & pragmatic business leaders and consultants with a long commercial track record that are specialists in go-to-market projects, fine-tuning value propositions, and expanding to new markets. We add commercial experience from hundreds of markets launches where we have helped growing high tech, telecom, and media companies to double their revenue, find new customers, and shorten time to market. We also provide support on investments and have good relations with private equity and Venture capital firms.

Job description

As a Management Consultant at Growth Consulting, you will be responsible for helping our client's organizations to create value, maximize growth, and improve their business performance.

Our organization is growing both in Sweden and globally and therefore we are looking for people passionate about creating growth together with our clients. We work both with large global industry leaders as well as small entrepreneurial start-ups disrupting the market. We help them with growth strategies but even more putting them into action to quickly get a faster uptake in their business.

We are usually involved on the commercial side but in most cases, we also work with tech companies who help our clients to be even more digital. Now we are looking for colleagues with a few years of consulting experience ideally mixed with Telecom and/or companies with a strong digital drive.



Who are you?

- You have +2 years of experience as a Management Consultant in telecom and/or similar industries.
- You are a digitally savvy, positive thinker with good business acumen. You are social and are not afraid to participate in the sales process of the company.
- You are strong in digital business development and understand both the techy and the business side of the organization.
- You are communicating and collaborating with all job levels and stakeholders in the client organization.



- It’s a bonus if some expertise in retail, pricing, AI, IOT, value proposition, marketing, online, SEO/SEM.
- You have interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and are fluent in Swedish and English. Knowledge in German/Dutch/French/Korean is a bonus since we are working with international clients.
